DELIVERIES
Multi item purchases and larger items are sent on pallets on a 2-3 day service via Pallex or delivered on our own fleet of vehicles which include Mercedes Sprinter vans, a 7.5 tonne lorry, and an Artic with trailer. All of our vehicles have been specially modified for the purpose of loading and unloading items quickly and efficiently. Single items and baskets are boxed or shrink wrapped and sent via DHL. All modes of delivery allow for easy tracking and production of signed PODs.
Next day shipping is available but will incur an additional cost. Our courier is also able to offer a service to deliver pallets directly to the store-room, unload, remove the packaging and take the pallet away. Please contact us if you require eith of these services.
Depending on quantities ordered all items are normally dispatched within 3 working days of receiving the order and payment. If we are unable to do this we would contact our customers and advise them of the progress of their order.
There is a minimum order quantity of 10 on baskets and shipping for all baskets is F.O.C.
Limitations
Due to the size of a few items we stock (please see list below) we are unable to palletise them and you would therefore need to contact us about purchasing these few items so we could quote on the delivery costs:

RETURNS
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Refunds
(if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Should you fail to receive your refund please email us at [email protected] to request a proof of refund to chase your bank account.
Exchanges
(if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you feel your item requires an exchange please send us an email at [email protected]. We will only exchange items on a like for like basis. Upon receipt of an email reply from ourselves authorising the exchange please return your item to: Unit 1 Chelworth Lodge, Cricklade, Swindon SN6 6HP.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Clearance Stock
(if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance stock cannot be refunded.
